Campsite Borvo Broth and Veggie Stew

 

This hearty and nourishing Borvo Broth and Veggie Stew is perfect for fueling your outdoor adventures. Ingredients:

  • 1-2 packet of Borvo Broth Instant Bone Broth

  • 1/4 cup dehydrated celery, chopped

Equipment:

  • Camp stove or portable camping stove
  • Cooking pot
  • Heat-resistant utensils (spoon, spatula)
  • Eating utensils and bowls

Instructions:

  1. Preparation at Home:

    • Before your camping trip, prepare the dehydrated vegetables and pack them in separate zip-top bags.
    • Mix the dried thyme and rosemary together in a small container.
    • Pack the garlic, salt, pepper, and bay leaf in separate containers or bags.
    • Pack a 6-pack box of Borvo Broth Instant Bone Broth
  2. At the Campsite:

    • Set up your camp stove in a safe and stable area.
    • Place the cooking pot on the stove and add the olive oil.
    • Once the oil is heated, add the dehydrated onions and celery. Sauté for a few minutes until they soften.
  3. Making the Stew:

    • Add the minced garlic and the dried herb mixture (thyme and rosemary) to the pot. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Broth and Vegetables:
